The E.WE Foundation is an accredited Continuing Education Provider.
The E.WE Foundation offers three core programs, creating a comprehensive framework of care for families and professionals affected by rare and complex conditions.
For families, we offer guidance, practical tools, and shared community to support navigation, decision-making, and long-term resilience. For professionals, including nonprofits, educators, healthcare teams, and advocates, we offer trainings and consultations to strengthen leadership capacity, ethical practice, and inclusive systems of care.
Grounded in lived experience and informed by evidence-based practices, our programs empower individuals and organizations to make meaningful, lasting impact in the rare disease ecosystem—one family, one leader, and one conversation at a time.
LEAP PROGRAM
LEAP is a comprehensive program designed to support families, individuals, and the professionals who serve them by improving health literacy and empowering informed, confident decision-making. Through educational workshops, webinars, and digital learning, LEAP bridges knowledge gaps and equips communities with the tools to navigate rare disease care and advocacy efforts.
ZEBRA PROGRAM
ZEBRA provides a safe space for individuals and families to foster emotional and mental wellness. From peer support to comfort care initiatives, ZEBRA helps communities cope with the psychological impact of life-altering diagnoses and loss. The program promotes resilience, reduces stigma, and offers holistic mental health and wellness support.
STRIPE PROGRAM
STRIPE provides temporary financial assistance to families affected by Trisomy 18, specifically those facing economic hardship. Beyond emergency funding, STRIPE connects families with counseling, education, and other essential services to promote long-term stability and well-being.

Camp E.WE
Camp E.WE is a long-term initiative designed to provide a medically safe, inclusive space where children and families living with Trisomy 18 can find joy, rest, and connection. While still in development, this future program reflects our commitment to creating environments that celebrate every child’s uniqueness.
The goal is to establish a fully accessible, adaptive camp experience, complete with recreational activities, family-centered programs, and on-site medical support, that fosters a sense of belonging while creating lasting memories. Camp E.WE will operate through a sponsorship-based model to ensure financial accessibility for all qualifying families.
Future Highlights:
- Medically supported camp experiences tailored for children with Trisomy 18
- Opportunities for inclusive recreation, relaxation, and family bonding
- A fully sponsored program prioritizing equity and access
Camp E.WE is part of our long-term strategic plan, underscoring our belief that every child deserves a place to feel seen, supported, and celebrated.
