OUR PROGRAMS

The E.WE Foundation offers programs that address key areas of need—advocacy, emotional wellness, financial education, and community connection—creating a comprehensive framework of care for families and professionals impacted by rare and medically complex conditions.

For families, our programs provide guidance, practical tools, and shared community to support navigation, decision-making, and long-term resilience. For professionals—including nonprofits, educators, healthcare teams, and advocates—our training and consulting services strengthen leadership capacity, ethical practice, and inclusive systems of care.

Our E.WE Community Portal serves as the central access point to these programs. Through the portal, participants can engage in learning courses, peer discussion spaces, program updates, and resource sharing in one coordinated environment.

Grounded in lived experience and informed by evidence-based practices, our programs empower individuals and organizations to make meaningful, lasting impact in the rare disease ecosystem—one family, one leader, and one conversation at a time.

*Access to the E.WE Community Portal is free. Individuals may sign up to request group membership, which allows participation in courses, discussion spaces, and shared resources across our programs.
