Leadership & Skilled Volunteer Interest Form

Join the Leadership Behind the Mission

The E.WE Foundation is powered by people who believe families navigating rare and medically complex diagnoses deserve better systems, stronger support, and a more connected healthcare experience.

Our Volunteer Leadership roles bring together experienced professionals who want to contribute their expertise in a meaningful, flexible, and mission-driven way. These roles are designed for individuals who want to help shape strategy, strengthen operations, and expand impact—without the constraints of traditional employment structures.

Whether you are actively practicing in your field, semi-retired, building your portfolio of service work, or simply looking to use your skills for good, there is a place for you here.

  • Aligned with real organizational needs and priorities
  • Designed to leverage your professional expertise
  • Collaborative with the Founder/CEO and cross-functional teams

Time commitment varies by role and availability, typically ranging from a few hours per week to more structured engagement during key initiatives.
