Volunteer Director of Programs
The Director of Programs will oversee the delivery and overall success of our programs. The Director of Programs will supervise program leads and inform administrators on progress and performance. We are seeking an individual with experience in program management implementation and strategy. The goal is to ensure every program will be delivered successfully and add the highest possible value to the organization. Review our programs here.
Responsibilities:
- Initiate and set goals for programs according to the strategic objectives of the organization
- Develop the programs from start to completion involving deadlines, milestones and processes
- Devise evaluation strategies to monitor performance and determine any needs for improvement
- Ensure program operations and activities adhere to legal guidelines and internal policies
- Keep senior administration informed with detailed and accurate reports or presentations
- Lead and develop program leads
Requirements:
- Creative, motivated, self-starter & critical thinker
- Working knowledge of MS office, Google Suite
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills
- An analytical mindset with great problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication skills
